follow-up single to Drink
Up They Cider; the two tracks were also from
the same recording session and both appeared on the
Adge Cutler
& The Wurzels debut album. Champion
Dung Spreader was Adge's answer to Lonnie Donegan's
1960 UK hit My Old Man's A Dustman -
but sadly the general public were more interested in
rubbish than muck spreading, and the single failed to
chart.
