Adge
Cutler and the Columbia Record Label
Background Of The Columbia Label
In
1962 the long standing green Columbia label was changed to a silver
and blue label. In 1969-70, it changed again, this time to a black
and silver design with the EMI logo in a box at the bottom of the
label. This stayed until the new EMI record label was formed in
1972, with the EMI boxed logo now appearing in a box at the top
of the label.

chart success of the band's first single.
Adge
Cutler & The Wurzels' fourth album was released in both forms
at the same time (mono and stereo) on the newly
introduced black and silver label, with different catalogue numbers.
